Attorney with good heart and passion for his job

Mr. Bodiford is the best of the best of what he does I hired him from out of state. And I got way more then I paid for. He really knows his family court. From the moment I hired him I knew that he would handle my case as like I was the only case he had. If I needed anything him or his clerk would have the answer and in the rare occasion they didnt he would find it fast and return my phone call ASAP with a since of urgency like I’ve never seen in any attorney I’ve ever dealt with. I must say thank god for this man and his law firm for the effort and enthusiasm they used within my case... if you ever need a family court attorney hire him. I’m a father that went up against my kids mother and he brought everything to light and explained and knew the out come before we got there.

Professional, Knowledgable, and Compassionate.

Highly experienced, direct and solution driven

Positive experience. Ours was a driving citation received in Alabama. We are out of state so we had to pick a strong lawyer and we're glad we picked Mr Bodiford. My spouse received a reckless driving citation which was according to him, a little excessive. He is highly experienced (you can tell immediately), is direct and has a clear solution framed up after hearing the details of your case. Reckless driving

Mr. Bodiford was fair priced with my case and was able to help throughout the prosecution. It was a reckless driving case (92 in a 55) and he was able to knock down the prosecution in order to help get it removed (keep in mind this is my first offense).

I hired Mr Bodiford to defend me in my divorce case

From the first time I spoke with Mr Bodiford he made me feel like he was going to take care of me and I could let him worry about all the details. Best lawyer Andrew so thorough

When I made my first contact I needed a lawyer at the last minute. I spoke with Mr. Bodiford personally and he was so comfortable and confident. Throughout the process his assistants assured me that I would be ok. They were awesome compassionate, listeners and understanding. I did not speak with Mr. Bodiford but once when I made the initial call. I was worried because I did not meet him again until mediation day. Was I surprised is an understatement; Again is demeanor and confidence was so cool and calm. He told me that everything would be alright. My gosh he pulled an element of surprise in my defense the day before my mediation and the rest is history. He reminded me of a TV hit sitcom where the attorney was quite but didn’t show his hand until it was necessary.

Estate Settlement

Don't know if Mr. Bodiford normally handles Estates, but it was for a H.S. classmate and I, brother and The Executor of Estate , live out of the local area. All actions with his office were top-notch updating me on proceedings and actions needed, as required. I cannot thank Mr. Bodiford and his assistant Wynette enough for their efforts in making this sorrowful proceeding as painless as possible. For any legal action that Mr. Bodiford and staff handle, I would highly recommend their office.

Very patient

To start off, he’s a great listener and understands the stress and emotional imbalance that one is experiencing during such a life changing time. To allow me to talk beyond the point of a listening ear meant a lot to me. The process of it all was timely which was my fault simply because of my rate of pay. Which took maybe longer than most to pay off. The office workers never called about my balance, they allowed me to pay as much as I could when I could. Ultimately I was able to complete the process. My divorce is FINALIZED!!!!!!! Thank you guys so much for the support and team work! I’m forever greatful ❤️

Used for Adoption and a second time for custody.

Mr. Bodiford has done an outstanding job of getting the results we wanted. Our first case was a successful adoption. We used him a second time for an unusual custody case that we also prevailed in. We using his services of another adoption and possible other legal services soon.

I met Mr. Bodiford and his staff a couple of years ago. The day we met he always asked what I wanted to do. Mr. Bodiford made sure I was updated on my case. He showed compassion about my situation.
