I summoned up every penny I had for this guy, months go by and I never met the guy, never even once talked to him, only his secretary. A couple months go by and they decided that I owed more money and I pleaded then to give me some time since I just gave them everything I had. So they agreed that I c...ould pay half of the two grand owed by the first week of September. So meanwhile I'm working on getting a loan, then I get a letter in the middle of August saying that he had withdrew from my case, the following day I was approved for the loan. So to wrap things up, this guy is useless, in my opinion. Will take all of your money and leave you in the dark for months.

Mr. Bodiford is the best of the best of what he does I hired him from out of state. And I got way more then I paid for. He really knows his family court. From the moment I hired him I knew that he would handle my case as like I was the only case he had. If I needed anything him or his clerk would hav...e the answer and in the rare occasion they didnt he would find it fast and return my phone call ASAP with a since of urgency like I’ve never seen in any attorney I’ve ever dealt with. I must say thank god for this man and his law firm for the effort and enthusiasm they used within my case... if you ever need a family court attorney hire him. I’m a father that went up against my kids mother and he brought everything to light and explained and knew the out come before we got there.

The separation from my husband affected me both emotionally and financially. I was looking for someone trustworthy with vast experience on my side... to guide me through this difficult time. That was Mr. Bodiford. His advice was invaluable and his rates very reasonable. He was able to answer ALL my questions with advice aimed directly at the issue.
