Mr. Scherf earned his undergraduate degree at the University of West Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology with a Minor in Criminal Justice in 1987. He went to law school at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate of Law (J.D.) in 1991. Custody Fight!
Hired Mr. Scherf for a custody case where my ex husband was trying to take my children. It got ugly and at trial Mr. Scherf ran circles around the other attorney. We won and I kept custody of my kids. Mr. Scherf was a godsend!
