I Began practicing law in Dothan, Alabama in 1987 and eventually made my way to Andalusia, Alabama via a three year stint in Jackson, Mississippi. I relocated to Andalusia in 1993 and moved to my present location in 1995.
In addition to my injury cases, I also handle consumer oriented claims such as Fair Debt Collection cases against debt collectors and Fair Credit Reporting cases. As part of representing injured consumers I also handle Chapter 7 Bankruptcy cases.

Our mom was murdered about 6 years ago by a very disturbed acquaintance. Mr. Woodard took on the case for us pro-bono . When all was said and done we were awarded but with alot of footwork for Mr. Woodard and his staff. Thanks to him and his team for handling our wrongful death lawsuit.
