Cory H. Driggers

Cory has been representing people injured on the job and in motor vehicle accidents for his entire legal career. Some of Cory’s results include being part of the trial team that achieved a record-setting jury verdict of $21,000,000 in a personal injury case. He has also had great success in workers’ compensation cases, such as obtaining a judgement valued at over $600,000 for an injured nurse. In that case, Cory recommended that the nurse reject an offer of $100,000 on the morning of the trial. Not only was a much larger judgment obtained, the nurse has now received far more compensation than was offered and she is entitled to lifetime medical benefits for her injuries. Sometimes cases can be settled, but other times a trial is needed; Cory helps protects the rights of his clients and helps them make informed decisions when it comes to resolving their claims.

Cory and his wife Alyssa live in Dothan and stay busy raising their three children: Holley, Mary Hannah and Carson. The Driggers attend Westgate Church of Christ. Cory enjoys coaching youth sports, hunting and fishing.
