We are a family of five from Dothan, Alabama. After many nights discussing what would happen to our children in the event both of us were gone - we decided it was time to reach out to an attorney for help. (Nick Shimoda came highly recommended for wills and estate planning.) This was our first time talking with an attorney and we had a lot of questions. Nick seemed to be half attorney / half counselor. He rightly understood all our concerns and questions. Nick walked us through a process that addressed all our concerns as well as things we never thought about. Having conversations like these are usually difficult. Nick has been (and is) a gift to our family. We aren't millionaires with tons of cash to award when we die, but the most valuable treasures we have on this earth (our children) have now been thoughtfully and legally protected. I highly recommend Nick Shimoda as an attorney if you need any help regarding wills, estate planning, elder law, etc. You will be so glad you met him.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
