Mr. Mill was hired to help and guide me with my mother's affairs. She is 89 years old and the widow of a veteran. Mr. Miller was very helpful in questions I had in caring for my mother. When my Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and another degerative brain disease, leaving my brothers and me without any direction as how to manage her limited finances, we were frantic and confused trying to plan for future long care for her. A wonderful friend who was familiar with Mom’s circumst...ances, referred us to Bill Miller and I immediately made an appointment, desperate for advise. What we experienced as we walked into the office was relief, right away. The staff was friendly and consoling and soon Mr. Miller gave us assurance, through his wealth of knowledge, that we would be able to give our Mother the care that she deserved, ridding me of panic about possible financial distress. He is so informed and set us at ease, not only with his expertise but his warm manner and professionalism. As the journey with our mom continues, we are regularly in touch with Bill and always reassured her assets are protected and managed well. My family and I always look forward to meeting with Bill and will continue our relationship with him and his firm. I could not be more appreciative to him and the peace about Mom’s care that I’ve gotten because of him. During this time, my father became ill and also needed financial advise. As a man who is sceptical about “lawyers”, I was having push back from him trying to get him to make an appointment to get his estate in order. With some minor editing our Estate Plan was ready for signing quickly without delay. Our experience with Mr. Miller, Mrs. Barnett, and Adams Miller, LLP, has convinced us we have found the right Team and Firm to meet our estate planning needs, and most likely, the needs of our Family, Friends, and Acquaintances.

First my husband and I went to one of Bill's seminars on protecting your assets and planning for the future. It was very informative and made us understand the necessity of protecting what my husband and I had worked so hard for through the years. After making an appointment and discussing our wish...es and asking and answering many questions, Bill was left with the task of getting everything on paper. On your next visit you review and ask more questions if you have any. After signing all the documents it was quite a relief knowing that we had done what we could to protect our assets not only for our future but the future of our children also. It is a little expensive for the whole process, but the relief in knowing that you are protecting what is rightfully yours far outweighs the initial cost. Bill and his staff are highly qualified and made the experience pleasant for such an obviously unpleasant situation.
