We hired Mr. William Miller and his law firm to help us with my fathers Medicaid application. From the first phone call and appointment they made us feel like family. They gave us a check list of information that we needed to complete the application at the first appointment and they helped us get so...me of that information more quickly than we could ourselves. They made phone calls and sent letters and emails to companies that were telling us they could not get us the information by fax or email and Mr. Miller was able to get the information sometimes weeks earlier than we could have ourselves. They were quick to answer phone calls, return phone calls and emails. Because of their extensive knowledge about the Medicaid application process, my father's application for Medicaid was approved in about 1 month even though they had told us that it may take up to 90 days. They made a difficult situation much easier and we will always be grateful.
