Mrs. Omailia represented me recently in a false allegation of DV. With Mrs. Omailia's history of working with DV victims she was quickly able to spot the allegations was bogus and phony and after viewing the evidence she knew it was exaggerated. The case was very aggressive and the opposing counsel ...was very rude and disrespectful. But Mrs. Omailia never deterred and only fight harder to prove her case. The courts were left in awe how hard Mrs. Omailia fought for her client even when it looked shakey. All in all we walked away with a victory. I recommend Mrs. O mailia. She is a really caring person she fights for her clients with compassion. She doesn't look at it as just a job. She is dedicated to her clients from start to finish.

Katie Cameron O'Mailia handled some legal issues for me related to a Protection from Abuse matter. She handled the matters related to this case with the utmost care. The responses she filed with the court were well prepared, well thought out and contained sound analysis of the appropriate statutes ...and rulings. She is an ethical person and put in a tremendous amount of thought into the responses she prepared, and the guidance she offered during this process. I would trust her with any legal matters I needed assistance with. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge as it relates to domestic violence issues, and is a victim's advocate.
