Top Notch Personal Injury Attorney

I had a pesonal injury claim due to an auto accident. My medical bills were about $5,000. In order to obtain the best recovery a suit was filed on a compaion claim. This allowed Mr. Willis to get more for my claim because of the fact there was already a suit filed for someone involved in the same ...office. Mr. Willis promised he would not take more in attorney's fees then I got in my pocket even if it meant reducing his fee. He kept his word and I walked away with as much in my pocket as he got in attorney's after paying all the medical bills and expenses. Mr. Willis did a good job and kept his word.

Good Job

I hired Mr. Willis to represent me in a personal injury claim due to an automobile accident. Mr. Willis had represented my husband in the past and did a good job for him. Mr. Willis obtain a good result through settling my claim against the insurance company who insured the person who hit me. Afte...r paying all medical bills, expenses and attorney's fee's I received over $30,000 in my pocket. The overall settlement was more than six times my damages.

Excellent Attorney

Mr. Willis represented me in a personal injury claim due to an auto accident. I was referred to Mr. Willis by an insurance claims manager. I asked the manager what lawyer caused them a lot problems in litigation when it came to personal injury claims. The claims manager recommended Mr. Willis as a... top notch personal injury attorney for actual trial work. Mr. Willis explained to me some difficulties in my case. I knew this to be true because I have twenty years experience in the insurance business. I hold an AIS, CIC, API and a CPIW. Mr. Willis filed suit and utilized his experience and knowledge to obtain a good six figure judgment with less than $1,000 in expenses. After paying less than $5,000 in medical liens, attorney's fee and expenses I walked away with an excellent sum of money. I was very pleased with his representation and would highly recommend him as an attorney who is forth right and will tell you up front what to expect in the way of trouble in your case and the positive.

Did a Good Job

Mr. Willis handled a personal injury claim for me due to an auto accident. I was originally only going to attempt to get my car fixed. However, Mr. Willis was able to make a recovery for the injury I sustained in the accident. It was "whip lash" case and Mr. Willis was able to get the claim resolv...ed for an amount that allowed me to pay my medical bills, attorney's fees, expenses and still net more in my pocket than the attorney's fee. I was please with Mr. Willis' work and would recommend him to anyone who has been injured.

Stayed Suspension/Probation issued in AL, 2010

updated on 01/30/2013

Stayed suspension/probation means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. This type of suspension means the attorney has been suspended, but that the suspension is placed on hold (and ultimately removed) if the attorney complies with certain requirements. In this case the State also monitors the lawyer's activities for a period of time in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
