Guy Rodney Willis

I hired Mr. Willis to represent me in a personal injury claim due to an auto accident. I was driving a motorcycle and car t-boned me. Triple A Insurance said they would not pay me anything because their insured and I were at fault in the accident. I hired Mr. Willis and he filed suit on my behalf.... He obtained a policy limit offer after filing suit. Even after collecting all the money there was from the individual that hit me, Mr. Willis said he would pursue another avenue to collect more funds on my behalf. All my medical bills were paid, all expneses, and all attorney's fees, I still received more money in my pocket than my attorney. This is one point Mr. Willis made from the outset. He said I would get at least as much or more than he received in attorney's fee no matter if had to reduce his attorney's fee. He kept his word and I was very happy with his work. On a side note after searching for an attorney and hiring Mr. Willis, I can honestly say I would not recommend any TV lawyer.

I hired Mr. Willis to represent me an automobile accident. I did not want to use a TV lawyer. Mr. Willis came highly recommend as someone who was an expert in the area of personal injury law and was actually honest. He was also someone who was said to keep his word and look out for his clients. I... was hit by a drunk driver. Liabliity was not this issue. The questions was how much would Mr. Willis be able to recover for me after paying all medical liens. Although serioius to me, my injuries did not require any type of surgery. My medical liens only came to $750. Mr. Willis was able to recover an overall settlement with out filing suit which was extremely good. The settlement was almost 20 times the medical liens. I was able to get just over $8,900 in my pocket after paying attorney's fees, expenses and medical liens. I would highly recommend Mr. Willis to anyone.

I hired Mr. Willis for as a personal injury attorney, results from an auto accident. He was horrible, very arrogant and disrespectful. During the consultation, him and his staff appeared to be very courteous and professional until you sign the paperwork giving him permission to represent you. Then I ...never received any updates. I had to call every three months and their answer was always wait until next week. It took me over 3yrs to relieve $1500...I wish I would've just settled with the insurance company myself!

I had a car accident and the individual who hit me never responded to any of the legal pleadings filed by Mr. Willis on my behalf. Mr. Willis advised me of what his plan was in regards to collecting funds on my behalf even if the person who hit me did not respond to any of the paperwork filed by Mr.... Willis. Mr. Willis got a judgment in my favor for a large amount based upon the medical bills I had incurred due to the accident. My medicals were about $4,400 and Mr. Willis got judgment in excess of ten times the medical bills. What was exceptional was that Mr. Willis actually collected all the judgment awarded me the court. I got one half of the judgment rather quickly. Mr. Willis told me he would do what he could to collect the rest and to my surprise he actually did collect the rest. I would recommend Mr. Willis to any individual needing legal services for the same type of case I had, which was a personal injury claim.

I hired Mr. Willis to represent me and my son due to injuries sustained in an auto accident. Mr. Willis was forth coming about the value of my cliam and my son's claim. He stated he would do what it takes to maximize my cliam and my son's claim. He represented he would rather get all he could an...d take longer than settle out short in quick period of time. After following Mr. Willis' advice both my medical bills and my son's medical bills were paid. Mr. Willis promised me he would insure his fee would not be more than what my son and I got after paying all the medical bills and hopefully we would get more than he would. Mr. Willis kept his promise and what I netted in my pocket and my son netted in his pocket was more than Mr. Willis' attorney fee. He also represent my daughter for a small and was able to get her some money as well.
