Lier and theif
Hired Ray to do a job. Paid him $1,500 in advance. For 10 months he did nothing. When I would call I was lied to. I was told that he was working on it. I finally fired him and he hasn't returned any of my money. DO NOT HIRE RAY UHRIG!!!
