She told me through out my case that if we lost we could always turn around and file an appeal. That gave me a little hope in knowing that if I did in fact lose my case I could always appeal. Well, let me tell you.....I have never seen anyone so unprepared and nervous. This woman was turning red and ...sweating while the judge questioned her. She turned into a completely different person than who I met with in her office.Obviously we lost the case. I thought we could appeal from what she told me....as we walked out of the court room she says to me "well, ya know I don't handle appeals but wish you the best of luck"..........what?!?! After she told me we could always "turn around and file an appeal" what a freaking joke!!!
