I absolutely loved having Attorney JoLayne as my boyfriend’s representation. She communicated with me frequently and her staff was very understanding of my anxiety as we have never had to use an attorney before. She fought her best for my boyfriend and got him a great deal. I could give 0 stars, I would. Imagine having an attorney to represent you (court appointed) two months ago and has not visited her client one time and has been so dismissive and unconcerned, there is a court appearance tomorrow that needs to be litigated and the client doesn’t even know how his atto...rney voice sounds or what she looks like, they told me that they don’t have an obligation to talk to me because I’m not I’m not their client but apparently they don’t have an obligation to talk to their client either because she has made 0 contact since appointed to represent him but is trying to show up to litigate a preliminary hearing tomorrow I’ve asked her to withdraw from the case and will be contacting the Alabama State Bar everything about this is so cruel and unfair goes to show that ppl don’t care about your life and will let the opposition take control because it’s obvious she doesn’t care about this client she’s already presuming his guilt by her choice of words and conversation the one time I had to beg to talk to her, she talking about getting his case ran in when yes not guilty, almost get into it either the legal clerk who is very rude to even get that conversation, JoLayne Golden (attorney ) and Arlee shame on you for this neglect and Arlee so rude she actually hung up in my face when I was asking question a few weeks ago, we are actually terrified of this law firm and we don’t trust them I sat back and watch them let the DA do what they want and didn’t even put up a debate for their clients and I had to call the courthouse to find out this court date she has not sent client any mail or anything regarding court date

JoLayne is not only through, knowledge but professional . She returns calls even after hours and on weekends. I don’t know what I would of done without her. I’m using her now for a separate issue. I’ve referred her to several other friends and they all have found the same to be true. Thank you JoLayn...e for being so awesome!
