At The Law Office of Weimer & Associates, LLC., we offer a comprehensive process to help our clients navigate criminal defense, personal injury, and business law matters.
Our motto, "Client Driven, Results Focused", reflects our values and goals for our clients.
"Client Driven" means our clients are in control of their representation. We explain the representation options to our client, but our client decides which way to proceed. This idea also extends to the possibility we may recommend referring a client to another lawyer who is a better fit for their case. 100% client satisfaction is our goal. We treat our clients like family so they will consider us for future representation, and so they feel comfortable referring us to their friends and family.
"Results Focused" means that our clients can be at ease knowing that we won't unnecessarily delay a case for our own benefit, or to extract higher fees from our client. Since we typically work on a flat fee arrangement, it serves the client's interests, and our interests, to get the case resolved quickly and as favorably as possible. We understand that legal matters can be very stressful for our clients. We also know that our clients want to get past the stress of a legal fight and on with their lives. Therefore, we take great care ensuring we meet client expectations by finding justice in the most expeditious manner.
