I am not a Huntsville native, but we have lived in the area for past 13 years. Mac conducted the closing on our first home purchase and we have used him ever since. Mac not only handles all of our personal real estate matters, living will, investments advice, etc, but more importantly he handles all ...of my business/corporation matters. Very knowledgeable with corporate law. One of the more recent services that Mac provided was with our New Construction Contract that we had drawn up between us and our builder. Mac reviewed and polished it off. Both the builder and I felt that the contract provided fair guidelines, responsibility, and protected both parties legally. Last thing you want is to have either party feeling doubtful or at a disadvantage. Everyone has an equal responsibility and role, and when the project doesn't go right, everyone has failed. You’re not just getting the service you paid for with Mac, you’re getting good conversation, laughter, wisdom, advise, and furthermore, friendship. Not a lot of us can say that we actually like what we do, but Mac is defiantly one of the lucky ones that shows up to work with a smile (even with the mile-high pile of work on his desk) and leaves with a smile. Everything is always done on time, as stated, and within budget. I know there are a lot of good options in Huntsville when it comes to Attorneys and legal counsel, but I highly recommend Mac and his associates.

My closing was postponed due to probate. Mac let me know what and why the closing was postponed and provided scenarios as to what might happen going forward. This communication allowed us to make changes to our finances and make the time of probate work to our advantage. Mac was simply great at seein...g our closing through to the end.
