Recently named a National Academy of Family Law Attorneys Top 10 Under 40 Attorney for the state of Alabama, Amanda Mulkey is a founding member of Smith & Staggs, L.L.P.. Her practice primarily focuses on assisting clients who find themselves involved in difficult personal legal matters, such as divorce, child custody and support disputes, and criminal cases. She also devotes a portion of her practice to child advocacy matters.
Amanda is proud to serve a diverse group of clients in West Alabama in a variety of legal matters, from indigent appointed clients in criminal or juvenile matters to litigants in multi-million dollar divorces -- and everything in-between. She calls Tuscaloosa home and is proud to be a part of the community. She is involved in charitable and volunteer activities and, most notably, serves on the board of Tuscaloosa's One Place, A Family Resource Center, as Vice-Chair.
