About Andrew
Biography
Attorney Andrew Wheeler-Berliner created The Berliner Firm at 23rd Street Law to serve the legal needs of Birmingham’s rapidly growing entrepreneurial community. As a small business owner, he is personally familiar with the many challenges of creating a business, and uses his knowledge to help businesses recognize and address the legal hurdles facing new companies. Before founding 23rd Street Law, Andrew worked for Senator Edward M. Kennedy, New York based online artist development company Music Nation, Original Signal Recordings, and has served the Marin County Public Defender and the Honorable Judge Sharon O. Bowdre. Andrew is a transportation advocate, musician, avid cyclist, and an active supporter of Birmingham’s vibrant art scene. He received his J.D. from The University of Alabama and his Bachelor of Arts from Earlham College. Andrew is licensed to practice in Alabama and California.
