James Scott Boudreaux

Scott is one of, if not, the best attorneys in Birmingham. He's always done everything he could to help me and got me great outcomes for charges that I otherwise wouldn't have seen myself getting past and being able to get on with my life. He came recommended to me back in 2003 as a "fair" lawyer.....Obviously I recommend him as a fantastic one! He's far more than fair and he knows criminal law like normal folks know how to brush their teeth. He will for sure help you to the best of his ability, but once you dig yourself a deep enough hole, you have to give him something to work with.. Go to rehab, whatever it takes to please the court, and he'll always know what that is. How he's on the 3rd page and not the 1st, I don't understand, but if you want an attorney who will get you the best result/outcome that you could expect out of your charge, obviously depending on your criminal history. Scott Boudreaux is on man who you want on your side. He's a great guy, easy to work with, but it's a fact that if you continue to get in trouble time and time again, there's only so much he or any lawyer can do for you.. I would give him a recommendation of 125% over any other attorney I talked to before he and I crossed paths. I've been with him for 11 years now, and I currently have a case pending that he's working on with/for me now, but the last two cases were legal prescriptions, and even though I wasn't charged for the pills being legal, he got them to drop the entire case, and I was caught again with a UPOM2 & UPODP in a different jurisdiction, but in the same county and up to this case, I had no convictions, except for 1 paraphernalia charge and the drug charge was dropped, manly since it was my 2nd time, so I got a misdemeanor conviction when I was charged with 2 felonies and 5 misdemeanors and he's also kept my Mom free and she ran a vehicle through a building in the middle of a divorce.. I just cant say enough good about him. If he'll take your case, you had better hire him or you'll hear in jail what an idiot you are for not hiring him...

Incredible, one of the lost experienced attorneys in alabama. Has by far the best reputation as a defense attorney of any other attorney I interviewed with about a case, he knew everything and had the most knowledge of anyone I spoke with including my own family who are attorneys. I would recommende...d him to anyone who has a serious issue or just a speeding issue because he is the most in touch and responsive attorney I have ever had and that is several attorney after all of this, I highly recommend him , he is an outstanding attorney
