Sera Elizabeth Harrison

I was tremendously unsatisfied with her handling of my case, and wound up taking my file to another lawyer. My new lawyer effectively started the entire process over and was very diplomatic about it, but ultimately told me that while most lawyers are not inclined to speak ill of other lawyers, in th...is case he considered her very poorly organized, emotional, and "tunnel-visioned". I will say that she seems to be very friendly with the local judges but even the judge was unimpressed by the end of the hearing. I would not risk my kids working with her.

Sera is great. She is completely involved, invested, and aggressive in working for you. Sera knows what needs to happen and how to make that reality. Nothing is guaranteed, but she’ll move mountains to increase your odds to the max to achieve that goal. No one wants to need an attorney, but if you do..., you want to be as comfortable and confident as possible. Sera is doing that for me in a very high pressure and tense situation. Looking back, I doubt that I would have felt that way hiring anybody else. She’s a legal warrior and will take personal interest in her cases. I’m very thankful to have her on my side.

I hired Ms. Harrison to help as a 3rd party, independent lawyer to sit in on a meeting with family members involved in an ongoing custody situation. I wanted an independent view of the meeting and someone to make sure the conversation stayed on topic and emotions were kept under control. She was exce...llent in both circumstances and took copious notes to make sure the topics covered were represented fairly and accurately. I was extremely pleased with my interaction with her and would recommend her services to anyone in need of legal advice or council.

Ms. Harrison was consulted and then hired to observe and mediate a meeting between custodial parents and grandparents seeking to obtain visitation in place of the parent. Her advise on how to conduct the meeting, keeping the conversation on topic, and the observations and recommendations were profes...sional and on point. You could tell her focus was on the welfare of the children.
