RUN
Didn't know a PFA was still in place against my daughter's husband. He yelled at my daughter while he was in the wrong for trusting what her husband attorney said about the PFA. Kept 95 per cent of her money but didn't do anything on her behalf.

Terrible lawyer
This lawyer was talking to my opposing party and hired by them, as well. He yelled at me several times for calling him, as well. He delayed court 7 times, zero compassion..a hurtful person..do NOT recommend. Somehow my opposing party got my medical records. He should be disbarred.

Not a criminal lawyer
I wish I had seen this reviews before I hired him. He talks a good game but doesn’t deliver. Very disappointed in the outcome. Do your research before hiring a lawyer. Save your money on this one. Do not recommend!!!!

Not qualified to practice law
Very unqualified, poor representation, weak plea agreement. You would be better off using a public defender. For the $ you pay the results are pathetic. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Richard is a weasel
He conned my mother out of $6000. He poached me from Eversole and then never showed up to court. He LITERALLY never showed up. I fired him before he could do more damage to my case. He said he would pay my mother back but never did. He is a liar and a fraud and I should have sued him for malpractice....

"I endorse this lawyer wholeheartedly. I've known Richard a long time. He is aggressive and smart and takes his cases personally. He truly cares about his clients. He wants to win and hates to lose. He is widely regarded in the domestic relations bar and has the experience to handle high dollar and complex child custody cases and divorces. I would recommend Richard to anyone seeking a lawyer for a divorce or child custody matter."
"I endorse this lawyer. Richard is a relatively young lawyer with the trial presence you would expect from a practitioner many years his senior. He is a strong advocate for his clients in domestic relations matters which include divorce, separation, custody, support and visitation issues. Richard takes every case personally, as do I, in all of his cases.....a trait that law school may sometimes warn against, but every client deserves. Trey Norman"
