I consulted this lawyer to help me respond to a letter from immigration regarding the waiver, and he told me to ignore it. I ignored it, and they denied the waiver. However, he told me that I apply for Parole in place because I am the husband of a citizen, that is why he told me to ignore the letter.... He knew they were going to eliminate the Parole in place. As we already know, they eliminated it, but I trusted him for the Parole in place. Not only that, he charged me $5,000, and in the end, I was left without the Parole in place and with the problem of the waiver being denied due to the poor advice of this lawyer.
