I consulted and hired this firm to handle my ssi/ssd denial appeal. On the day of my hearing, my "attorney" informed me that we had about a 25% chance of winning and she, Marilyn Macy, was not wanting to actually go before the judge! I asked why the firm accepted a case that was thought to lose with ...no answer. I requested that we still try this case, as i have waited almost 3 years. I have since waited almost 6 months without any info. I have called the firm several times only to get a voicemail. This is exhausting.
