Client was stopped by a municipal police officer, at 2:35A.M. for Improper Lane Usage. Upon approaching vehicle, officer noted an open container of alcohol and an intoxicated passenger. Officer opine ... d that client had an odor of alcohol on his breath, slurred speech, glassy eyes and demonstrated unsteady balance upon exiting vehicle. Client was arrested for DUI and also cited for Open Container and Improper Lane Usage. At the jail, client refused the breath test. Upon pre-trial negotiations, both the DUI and Open Container cases were dismissed with prejudice.

Client was stopped at 3:34 A.M. by a municipal police officer who had been following client for several miles and felt she had been weaving. Officer noted a smell of an alcoholic beverage coming from ... the car as he approached. Client had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. Officer asked client to say the alphabet from d-m, and client was unable. Client was also unable to complete a finger dexterity test. As client exited the vehicle, she had a staggered gait. Client was unable to satisfactorily perform the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus, One Leg Stand and Walk and Turn Field Sobriety Tests. Client was placed under arrest for DUI and cited from driving on the Wrong Side of the Road. Client had previously been twice charged for DUI. Client registered double the legal limit on the breath test, .16g/210L. After a pre-trial investigation of the case, Attorney was able to convince the City to dismiss charges due to defenses raised.

Client was unsteady on her feet when exiting the vehicle. Client was unable to adequately perform the offered SFST. Client was arrested for DUI and refused the breath test. Attorney negotiated with the city prosecutor and the DUI charge was dismissed.

Client was stopped at 1:27 A.M. by a municipal police officer for alleged Improper Lane Usage. As well, client had improper light coloring. Officer noted client had bloodshot eyes, an odor of alcohol ... on his person, slurred speech and difficulty following instructions. Officer administered SFST of the Walk & Turn and One Leg Stand; though, terminated the testing due to client's alleged state of intoxication. Client was arrested for DUI and also cited for Improper Lane Usage. At the jail, client registered a .13g/210L on the breath test. Upon pre-trial negotiations, Attorney was able to reach an agreement with the City wherein both the DUI and traffic citation would be dismissed.

Client was accused of causing a domestic disturbance. Complaining party called the local police department. Client left the location and was stopped by police a short distance later in response to a ... BOLO and for failing to use a turn signal. Officer noted client was visibly intoxicated. Client was ordered from the vehicle wherein she "failed" all administered SFST. Upon searching client's purse, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found. Client was arrested for DUI, UPOM2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Client registered a .12g/210L on the breath test. Upon pre-trial negotiations with the City, attorney was able to negotiate for all charges to be dismissed.

Client was stopped for improper lane usage, after leaving a bar. The time of the stop was after midnight. The officer noted slurred speech. As well, client admitted to having recently consumed some ... beer. Office ordered client from the vehicle, wherein he conducted a roadside sobriety exam. Officer opined that client did not "pass" the sobriety exam and placed client under arrest for DUI. Once at the jail, client registered a .15g/210L on the breath test. Client was operating a company vehicle at the time of arrest and faced losing his employment if convicted of DUI. Attorney negotiated with the City wherein an agreement was reached to dismiss both the DUI and Improper Lane Usage charges.

Officer was dispatched to a wreck call. Upon arrival, other law enforcement had client removed from the vehicle. Client made a statement as to being the driver as did a witness who had stayed on the ... scene. Client was observed to have glassed eyes and a strong odor of alcohol on his person. Client was unable to remember his own address. The only SFST given client was the HGN. Client refused the breath test at the station and was then transported to the hospital for injury evaluation. Client was also charged with driving on a revoked license. The City agreed to dismiss both the DUI and DWLR charge prior to trial.
