Officer opined that client failed all administered SFST. Client was arrested for DUI and Improper Lane Usage. Client refused breath test at jail. Client had previously been convicted of DUI on two prior occasions. After litigation with the City, a plea agreement was finally reached wherein DUI is to be dismissed.

Client was charged and arrested for Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Minor in Possession of Alcohol. After litigation, the City entered an agreement to dismiss all charges.

Client only awoke after officers shouted through the window. When asked for his driver license, client handed officers a credit card. Client admitted to having consumed alcohol earlier in the day and had an odor of alcohol on his person. When exiting vehicle, client had to use the vehicle for support. Client stumbled as he exited the vehicle. Client was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication. It was his third alcohol related arrest in several years. Upon pre-trial negotiations with the prosecutor, City agreed to dismiss the charge.
