Client was given roadside sobriety ex ... ercises, that the Trooper opined he failed. Client was arrested for DUI. At the jail, client registered more than double the legal limit at a .17g/210L. Upon negotiations with the State, an agreement was reached to dismiss both the DUI charge and open container charge.
