Mr.Polson claim on writing the book on DUI isn't just boasting, seeing him in action was something out of a good crime procedural. He was made me very aware of all my options at each stage of fighting my case and sometimes, just showing up is good enough when you're going to trial and prosecution has... a case that's seemingly airtight. Mr.Polson disected every line of questioning to the officer carefully and was able to get his eyewitness testimony restricted as evidence only for administering the breathalyzer test, and after the prosecution mishandled one of the lines of questioning related to the draeger test, he was able to get the breathalyzer test thrown out as evidence as well. with the Prosecution holding no other evidence, the judge was compelled to acquit me on everything except the speeding ticket.
