Biography
I am a Birmingham, Alabama tax attorney at Meadows & Howell, LLC. While the focus of the firm is primarily tax law, we have a diverse practice that enables us to provide a broad range of legal services. Our services cover a variety of legal financial services related to tax law, including business law, estate planning and asset protection.
I have successfully negotiated the repayment or settlement of tax debts with the I.R.S. and Alabama Department of Revenue on the behalf of individual and business clients. I am also experienced in audits and appeals, and routinely correct assessments so that they reflect an accurate amount of taxes.

Brad, excellent tax lawyer
Very knowledgeable. Responds very quickly to queries and quick and aggressive with IRS. Good service with reasonable prices and all charges itemized. Brad negotiated a very favorable deal for me for a structured payoff of back taxes. I recommend him highly.
