I came across Stuart Wilbanks looking for an attorney online.Stuart had the best reviews in my opinion,so i called and we met. Mr.Wilbanks met with me promptly after i contacted him. Within a month my comp checks started. I was having trouble with my past employer on comp issues. This was 9 months af...ter my injury (left me with a limp) Stuart got the ball rolling after talking with my company and the company's work comp ins,it took a mere 48hrs and i was in a doctors office being treated and all meds,visits and fuel payed for. My check came the following monday if i remember right. He is swift,fair and very honest and open. Nothing was hidden,no fees or the "opps i thought i told you a yr ago about that 2% off the top" story. I have dealt with not so honest lawyers. I know what it can be like. The three most valued of traits in my opinion that stood out with Stuart was the Honesty, the speed at which he returns emails,text or phone calls if he was busy,like he was just working on only my case,no one else's. Knowing full well he's handling more cases than he should. The man still stopped what he was doing to answer me. And last but not least,the speed in which he can get a Insurance company to move for you. Stuart worked hard within the time he handle my case. He did NOT ask for a dime. While i got a weekly pay check. He did NOT charge an outrageous amount,very miniscule in fact. To me? Not enough. Yet he still treats his clients like there number one! I feel he got me the most,at the end when negotiations were being held,he did NOT withhold offers. Stuart told me every offer and consulted with me before he went back at them. If your injured on the job,you feel like its being mishandled or you feel like your getting the run around. CALL this man. Stuart. He will get you on track and on your feet before you know it.
