Biography
I'm a personal injury lawyer for people injured by defective drugs, medical devices, environmental violations or other mass torts. I'm currently working on GranuFlo and other dialysis cases, as well as oil spill cases against BP and some other mass torts. I put together litigation teams of law firms who work together with me so that we have the experience and resources to be on a level playing field when we sue multinational corporations such as BP, or huge drug or medical device corporations. We fight to get justice for our individual or small business clients.
I also enjoy helping lawyers connect with clients using various forms of legal marketing, including normal Internet marketing with SEO, social media marketing, legal videos, online publishing, traditional advertising and public relations. I'm available to consult with plaintiffs' firms and small law firms about managed social media marketing and other law firm marketing tools. And I frequently write to share my opinion as a consumer advocate.
