I represent injury victims. Since 1983, a primary focus of my practice has been representing injured railroad workers under the Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA). In addition, I represent people for injuries caused by car & truck accidents, medical negligence, dangerous products, dram shop violations, and unsafe premises. The catastrophic injuries for which I have helped people recover compensation include burns, brain damage, paralysis and quadriplegia, amputations and spinal injuries.
