Biography
Brett Hollett has resided in Birmingham for over twenty-seven years and is a graduate of the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He also holds a B.S., Economics, from Birmingham Southern College.
Prior to joining Turnbull Holcomb & LeMoine PC, Brett was a partner at a local law firm where he focused on personal injury and criminal defense work. Brett’s main focus throughout his legal career has been centered around helping people. He truly believes the best way to do that is to first listen to his clients’ needs and then provide them with a voice to help level the playing field. His practice is concentrated in the areas of Personal Injury, Auto Accidents and Wrongful Death. He understands how important each case is and appreciates the opportunity to serve and help his clients in their time of need.

DUI
Brett defended me in multiple DUI's with the best possible outcome available. He is very knowledgeable and has continued to help me even after the cases were settled. Hopefully I won't need his help again, but I would highly recommend him to anyone needing criminal defense.

Hope for the hopeless

Do not hire
Bret did not fight for me he talked to the DA for fifteen minutes and came back with the "only " offer from the DA and i had to do the whole song and dance for mt. brook ... so ladies and gents save your money and use a court appointed lawyer before throwing your money away..... I personally feel ...
