I handle routine traffic and misdemeanor cases in all area state and municipal courts. At the state circuit court level I have tried several hundred felony cases to a jury verdict. These include murder, assault and sex crimes. Cases involving scientific evidence, e.g. arson, accident reconstuction, medical, and forensic evidence are preferred. It is a challenge to address novel and out of the ordinary problems and cases with constitutional and new legal issues.

Iinitial applications and appeal of denials of disability to the Office of Disability and Adjudication. All filing is done electronically.
