Margaret Markham Casey

Mrs. Casey helped me with a very Sticky legal situation. She nearly had my charges dropped on one case when I caught a much more serious one. I mistakenly hired another attorney for my second case. After paying $10k to retain a trial attorney, and $5k once bound over to the gran Jury, He dropped me... as a client when I couldn’t come up with another $10k for Trial. Being held without bond, I didn’t have resources to come up with another $10k. Mrs. Casey came to see me in Jail while I was desperately looking for another attorney before trial. She told me she’d gotten the charges Id payed $15k for representation on dropped and got me a Plea deal on the other. I ended up with the best case scenario(2 years) when I’d been prepared for the worst(25-Life). All without discussing further payment. She also got great results for my Cousin in a Custody case. I can’t recommend her enough!

Margaret was my mediator for my divorce. She was very easy to communicate with, understood family law and was able to mediate in a very difficult, high conflict divorce. The mediation took 14 hours, but she was on top of things throughout the day. I was very impressed with her skill and determination.... I would highly recommend her as an attorney and/or a mediator. From an attorney side, I have seen her as the attorney of a very good friend of mine for over a year, again during a very high conflict divorce. Specifically one where the other side did not tell the entire truth, led attorneys, counselor and others to believe things that were not sure.
