Highly competent in his field and affordable service

I have used Mr Smitherman multiple times and he has always taken care of my needs without over charging for his service. His assistant Angel stays on top of things and keeps you informed. You can not ask for anything else from an attorney.

Unprofessional attorney

This attorney and his practice are below professional standards. Failure to return phone calls, emails, and simply keeping a client updated regarding case progress were rampant. After hiring this attorney for almost a year, I decided to part ways. After dismissing him as counsel, I learned he had not... even filed documents with the court system he indicated he had. He accepted a retainer and requested even more money to continue with the case. I asked for itemized documentation of how my retainer was used and was never provided with the information. I would never recommend this attorney to any person. Please be aware.
