Provide assistance in minimizing the DL suspension which accompanies many criminal offense arrests and/or convictions.

DIVORCE, FAMILY COURT, and JUVENILE. All can relate to issues of child custody, visitation, and support AND can be addressed whether parties are married or not. Alimony and Division of retirement accts are primary focus in longer marriages. Asset and Debt division can be a common issue regardless of children being present. Also prepare agreement before marriage is entered to minimize risk of divorce.
