My Chapter & Experience!

Hi, My name is Kristine. 1 year ago I had 2 unexpected major surgeries and 2 ER visits. This situation put me in a heugh financial dilemma on which is how I came to call on the office of Randall Fischer. Karen and I spoke, we met with Randall and developed a game plan for my overwhelming circumst...ances. I had "no" idea what I was getting into, but, it was made aware to me right away that I was in the right hands. After a very long time {because to the covid and the courts being closed} my date and court case was handled and done. Randall, Karen and Cory will be on my radar in the future forever for all the help and peace of mind they have given me, The process was stressful but, they made it easier in the sense that I felt love on. Randall and Karen coached me through every step. When the actual time came for me to answer all those questions I was ready. I hope that I or any one else for that matter has to deal with a Chapter 7, BUT, if do make sure you call on this team.

Making a difficult process bearable.

In 2013, I was faced with the inevitable choice of filing for bankruptcy. This was a complicated case as it involved me personally, and my businesses. Some of these businesses were inactive by then, but I still had one startup that offered a glimmer of hope. Randy understood that and worked hard to ...protect it. Given the complexity, our meeting with the trustee went as well as expected. Randy successfully negotiated some terms which made a substantial difference in the final outcome. Randy (and Marsha) took ownership of my problems and solved them. As equally important, they are genuine and caring people. Their words of encouragement, of hope, offered the only light in this long, dark tunnel. So, thank you Randy and Marsha for being the best.

Provided Knowledgable and Caring Service

I learned exactly how lucky I was to have hired Randall Fischer as my attorney at my trustee hearing. He protected all of my assets, and I was relieved of all debt. The process was quick, stress free and painless, thanks to the careful work he put into my case before filing. He will not move forward ...if there are any red flags or problems such as paying back one creditor more than another. He and his paralegal, Marsha, met with me the day before my hearing, reviewed the whole procedure with me, held a practice question and answer session, and let me know everything to expect. He arrived in plenty of time, sat with me while waiting, and we were both perfectly prepared. Unfortunately, I was the only person with an attorney there who had done this. Every other attorney in the room had an armful of files. They were shuffling up to four clients at a time (some didn't recognize their clients), and all the things my attorney had reviewed with me the day before, they were trying to cram down the throats of their clients in this packed room or in the overflow of the hallway in front of God and everyone. One poor client was given a reaffirmation agreement for their mortgage and had to decide in less than five minutes whether they should sign it or not. They had to ask which of their mortgages it was for! Their attorney didn't have time to explain it properly as he had to talk to another client in the waiting room. Two people had an attorney who had hired someone else to take his place at the meeting. That attorney hadn't shown up with only fifteen minutes left prior to their appointment and to my knowledge never did. Another couple had their appointment time come and go, without their attorney being present. The contrast between the service provided to me by Randall Fischer and that being provided by other attorneys to their clients in that over packed room was shocking and revealing. It really pays to choose well when hiring your attorney. I would recommend Randall A. Fischer if you want your case to be well prepared and reviewed, your attorney to provide you with attention and care, and as stress free an experience as possible. I had the best possible result, because he and his paralegal, Marsha, put in the hard work beforehand.

Bankruptcy filing and representation

Randy and his staff are very responsive and experienced in the field of bankruptcy. But above and beyond that, he is a good listener and advised me on the best course of action due to my own unique situation. I appreciate that his primary interest is in helping his clients find the best solution to t...heir legal issues. He advised me on what and what not to do to best present my case, made sure I understood the legal guidelines and paperwork involved, reviewed it to make sure it met both the court requirements and represented my best interests, and appeared with me at the court to guide me through the process. His demeanor at all times was approachable, caring, and non-judgmental. A true gentleman.
