Very knowledgeable with DCF
Mr. Hess isn't afraid to go up against this corrupt system. His overall knowledge of how DCF operates gave us the first glimmer of hope since my grandson had been kidnapped by DCF on 2/27/14. The public 'pretender' did NOTHING to get my grandson back even though DCF committed perjury to remove him....
