My husband Gary Hoskins and I had a very difficult case involving our granddaughter and TPR. It is not easy for grandparents to win a case involving TPR and children. This took close to a year but once again, Bill Hess won that too! I'll go one step further,  this attorney not only knows the law but knows exactly  who and what he is dealing with ...every word he said was going to happen....DID! He is the most amazing attorney  I have met since my own dad who passed 25 years ago. If you have the most difficult case... IF YOU HAVE ANY CHANCE TO WIN...YOU MUST HAVE BILL HESS. Mr. Hess isn't afraid to go up against this corrupt system. His overall knowledge of how DCF operates gave us the first glimmer of hope since my grandson had been kidnapped by DCF on 2/27/14. The public 'pretender' did NOTHING to get my grandson back even though DCF committed perjury to remove him.... As soon as Mr. Hess came on board, he got the ball rolling and left no stones unturned. If it hadn't been for his expertise & 'plan of attack' I'm not so sure we would have gotten my grandson 'saved' from this very corrupt system. He was truly a God send!
