Todd Andrew Kawecki

Todd was recommended to me by a friend, and I hired him without much research. I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised and more than satisfied with the results Todd achieved. It took me a long time to pick a lawyer, but after doing some research, I ended up with Mr. Todd Kawecki. He was very understanding to my situation and I felt like he cared. He worked miracles in the courtroom and was even reasonably priced. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and I owe ...it all to God working through Mr. Kawecki. I've always believed that the more expensive a lawyer is the better his services will be. This couldn't be more false. I was recently in trouble with the law and had begun interviewing lawyers for my case. They all wanted thousands of dollars which was way out of my budget. I was so impressed when Mr.... Kawecki came to see me while I was still in jail and how prepared and knowledgeable he was about my criminal case, but was skeptical since he was the most reasonably priced. I took a gamble and hired him. He is the only reason that I'm here now and able to leave this review. I was looking at a very probable prison sentence followed by a lengthy probation period and was very scared and anxious, as was my family. He stayed in constant contact with them, keeping them calm, and also accepted every single collect call I made from the jail. I called multiple times a day (at $8 a call!) and either him or his wonderful secretary Judy were always there to answer and give me any updates. My case was basically open and shut but he treated it as if it were a career-defining case with a high-profile client. I only ended up staying in jail for less than 2 months and was released on my court date which he also expedited to within a week of our offer for sentencing. He magically turned my prison term into that VERY short stay in the county followed by NO PROBATION. Unbelievable! Even in my best case scenario I would've never imagined that. He is a former prosecutor and is well known and liked by the current local prosecutors. He was able to pull strings and do things for my case that I can't even mention on here. His attitude, patience, aggressiveness, connections and professionalism are SECOND TO NONE. I almost feel as if he undercharged me for the miracle he performed. He is just simply a good, non-judgmental person who is easy to talk to, polite and will put you at ease and go over all possibilities without sugar coating anything. He will not make false promises like many lawyers may do just to get your business. I will be here all day going on about how lucky I was to have met such a professional. I have family court coming up and will obviously be using Todd. He is a gentleman in the street, but A BEAST in the court room. If you are smart enough to at least speak with him before you decide on an attorney, don't let his calm demeanor fool you because behind that is a ravenous pit bull who owns the courtroom!! Do yourself or your loved one a favor and don't wait to call Mr. Todd Kawecki!!
