DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! They are the worst experience I’ve ever had with a law firm by a long shot. They are not only unprofessional but also incompetent. My case was a simple fill out application and send it! I gave Maria all the info over our initial consultation over the phone, everythi...ng clearly. Paid the entire fee on the consultation. She assured me that she could get it done. I never heard or spoke to Maria for the following 3+ months, she literally disappeared, I only dealt with her assistant: Yahaira. This person was the ultimate nightmare. One prime example of Yahairas work ethic: after I called to see the status of my case, Yahaira said that she was unable to piece together my trips from my passport number, because it was not coming up on her search, and needed me to do it. I then went on google, typed in 3 words and pulled it up on a free site. Every entry and exit from the last 5 years. Couldn’t have been any more simple. You would think that an immigration attorneys assistant would have some inclination on how to do her job. Then emailed it to her, which she had no response to. They tell me that they weren’t able to fill anything out because they didn’t have enough information. After many, many other failed attempts to try and give them more time and chances, I finally decided that it was best that I use someone else. I notified them with a professional email, asked them to just refund the difference in the fee. After again they disappeared, they then refused to refund anything because now they claimed they did work on the application and sent me a bill that was so vague, the firm basically charged me for inquiry emails and calls on my case. that they never ever worked on, This law firm, did not do their job, then charged me 150-250 / each voice mails and emails I sent over the 3+ months asking for status updates. The entire bill was me being charged for complaining about their negligence. This caused me thousands of dollars, and huge delay in my naturalization. Don’t go through what I did! I have emails, phone records proving everything and I intend to take further stamps to assure this never happens to anyone else.
