Best Real Estate Advisor in Florida!

I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Sherrard since 1984 . He has never steered me wrong! He is Up front and honest to the core. I am a local Realtor ® since 1984 and served as a director for the St. Lucie County Board of Realtors. John and his staff handles many closings for our Real Est...ate Community and we are honored to have him.

Excellent Attorney

I was recommended to John by a friend who had been in a case where John was the opposing attorney. My friend told me after losing the case that John was a real gentleman and honest. After interviewing with him I have used his office for the last 14 years for several real estate transactions and famil...y law because I know he is fair but bulldog tough. HIs ethics are impeccable. I would not go to court without consulting him. It is my observation that he is well respected in the christian community and in the courtroom. His office staff are very professional and personable. I recommed his services very highly.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
