Adam D. Less is a former law enforcement officer and FL bar attorney who practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense, focusing on defending charges of DUI, Possession of Controlled Substances, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Assault, Battery, Driving While License Suspended and Theft. He has represented hundreds of clients in misdemeanor and felony court, and recently has expanded his practice into the areas of divorce and modifications of child custody agreements.
Adam earned a B.S. in Psychology and a M.A. in General Psychology with an emphasis in Forensic Neuropsychology from the University of North Florida. While earning his Master’s degree, Adam studied the effects of Cross-Racial Identification in Eye-Witness Testimony, and presented at various symposiums pertaining to this topic. Adam was awarded a J.D. from Drake University School of Law in 2013, with concentrations in Public Service and Constitutional Law, and worked as a Law Enforcement Officer with the Stuart Police Department.
