Steve represented myself and several of my family members. He was always available to talk to, or got right back to us when we left a message. He even gave us his personal cell phone number. He was able to get 100% of us good outcomes in the cases he represented us in and we all would recommend h...im to anyone looking for a great criminal defense attorney. He and Gaby are presently representing a member of the family who was wrongly accused and they have already gotten 3 of the 4 charges dropped. OUR FAMILY LOVES STEVE ZISKINDER.

Returns calls and gives you lip service sessions. Meet him in his office for more lip service. This guy is a master at talking and not saying anything just to show on record he is working the case. This man only cares about your money and not you or justice. After payment he will lay down on your cas...e and start playing upon your naevity to pressure you into settling your case. I could go on and on about his lack of zealousness in my defense. Fired him and hired another attorney who resolved my case immediately. All after Mr ziskinder took for 10k with a pen and a smile. The attorney who resolved my case was 3k go figure that one.

This attorney's counsel was extremely poor. He literally did no work on this case, instead he briefly described the settlement and explained to me that the alternative would be jail. There was no fight, no proper education, just sign or serve jail time. He kept $8,000 in fees just to advise me to... sign the settlement. He recommended I sign the settlement without proper education with regards to what I was signing. Information was not properly explained, if at all. Be very weary, do your research. You don't want to end up with an attorney that has no fight left just greed.

This attorney's recomendations were terrible, and after we figured out that he couldn't do the job due to the fact that it became federal case he kept nearly $3,000 in initial payment (which was a third of what the entire representation was going to cost) just for keeping the case in the backburner f...or 2 weeks. I think he only went to one hearing. He literally did no work on this case and still decided he was entitled to $3,000. He recommended us an equally greedy and incompetent lawyer to pick up where he left off. Should've considered the source... Be careful with this guy, if you decided to use him, maybe pay 10-15% upfront until you actually know for sure that he can do the job.
