Great Experience

I am an adoption/surrogacy attorney in Indiana and was asked by Jessica to assist with an adoption related matter. She was extremely diligent and well informed and was a pleasure to work with on this matter.

Amazing family attorney, an absolute pleasure to have her represent me.

Jessica represented me with a divorce modification that lasted almost 2 years. She took a process that was VERY intimidating and scary to me, and put my mind at ease. We communicated constantly and she addressed all my concerns in a manner that I have yet to see or hear about in family law. One o...f the most important things for me was the trust I could put in her to take care of me. She was very forthcoming with the pros and cons of each situation and guided me through each one. I know with 100% certainty that my outcome wouldn't be what it was without her. Attorneys like Jessica are very hard to come by. I am very lucky to have been referred to her.

great attorney! highly recommended!

My experience working with Jessica Lowe was absolutely wonderful! I had worked with two other lawyers before hiring her and she was by far the best! She treated me more like a friend than a case or a job. She was very caring and easy to talk to about everything. She always responded to emails and ph...one calls very quickly. Jessica explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and always looks out for mine and my child's best Interest. Even now, my case is over but she continues to answer my questions and help me through difficult times with the other party involved. Although, I did not get 100% what I wanted In the end she fought to make sure that it was a very liveable agreement for me and that I wasn't losing the things that meant the most to me or settling for anything that I absolutely didn't want.. I am very happy with the outcome and extremely proud to call Jessica Lowe my attorney! I would highly recomend her to anyone needing help in family law.

Jessica treated me like an individual person and not a case file.

Jessica Lowe was a calm in the storm of a rough situation. Not only was she one of the most affordable attorneys in the area, she worked hard and made me feel like she cared in treating me like a person and not a case file. Jessica was up against a party in my divorce that had substantial monetary ba...cking, filed multiple motions to drag it out, and did many unethical but legal acts. Jessica communicated with me in a way that was simple and calming in working with me against the other unreasonable party. As my divorce case came to end I did not get everything I wanted, but got a compromise that met my main objectives. Jessica is a Clermont native and even though with her talents and personality could easily be a star in a big firm, she has stayed working and active in her own Clermont community and kept true to her Lake County roots. She knew the judges, the mediators, and profile of those she was working with in my case which was a big help and advantage. Jessica is not big on giving a show of a large office, expensive car, and showboating in the courtroom. However, she is big in heart, fight, and passively getting to know her client's goals and working with the judges and mediators in getting the most she can for them. I will have a relationship with my kids and did not get dragged through the mud which would not have happened without Jessica's professionalism and understanding. As a male going through a divorce she reminded me that I have rights also as a father which can be forgotten in the system without an advocate voice. If you are going through a divorce with children involved, do not even THINK you can do it yourself. If you are anywhere in Lake County or Northwest Orange County hire Jessica Lowe.
