Fred helped us fight a MRTA issue with our HOA. He was the second lawyer we consulted with, and was far more well-versed in the law than the first. In addition to a strong knowledge of the law and it's nuances, he also knows how to apply it effectively. He has a good balance of when to try to work th...ings out and when to play hardball with very effective results. On top of that, he's open, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I spent over 3 years with Fred litigating a case against my HOA. Fred is one of the most knowledgeable lawyers for HOA and Condo law. Mr. O'Neal has been exceedingly helpful when we ran into issues with our HOA. He was kind, and patient and guided us and advocated for us when our HOA and their attorney tried to bully and threaten us. He helped us prove that their C&R's were expired and thus obsolete and unenforceable.
