Fred helped us fight a MRTA issue with our HOA. He was the second lawyer we consulted with, and was far more well-versed in the law than the first. In addition to a strong knowledge of the law and it's nuances, he also knows how to apply it effectively. He has a good balance of when to try to work th...ings out and when to play hardball with very effective results. On top of that, he's open, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I spent over 3 years with Fred litigating a case against my HOA. Fred is one of the most knowledgeable lawyers for HOA and Condo law.
