    After graduating from Stetson University Law School in 1994, and working for a personal injury litigation firm for 2 years, I founded Andrew Stinnette P.A.  It is hard to believe that over 23 years have passed since that first job as a law clerk with a personal injury firm.

    During that time I have witnessed many changes in the law and in the way that personal injury cases are presented to juries and insurance companies.  I have participated in countless lawsuits and I have been the lead attorney for many jury trials in the Tampa Bay area and other parts of Florida.  Suprisingly many attorneys have never conducted a trial during their entire careers.  

    In addition I have become knowledgeable about many aspects of the care and treatment of accident related injuries, working with some of the best physicians and experts available in the areas of; personal injury, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, whiplash, slip and fall accidents, trucking accidents, drunk driving accidents, and other accident cases.   

    Most importantly I have determined that all persons that have sustained injuries as a result of negligence deserve the personal attention of their lawyer.  The very large advertising firms often do not deliver this fundamental promise.
