Very Respectful

I had a situation at work that was clear discrimination, but my H.R department tried to make me feel like I was over reacting. After speaking with Mr. Linesch, he assured me that I was facing discrimination and validated my emotions behind it. Before we moved forward he laid out the worst case scenar...io and made sure I could live with it if that was to happen. I was treated with the utmost respect and I understand my rights as an employee now also.

Great Consultation

I met with Mr. Linesch for guidance on my current employment matter. Mr. Linesch was able to explain to me all of my legal options. He spent well over an hour and a half talking to me and making sure all of my questions were answered. It was great to be able to to arrive at a nice office full of frie...ndly staff.

Excellent attorney for Whistleblower and HR issues

Mr. Linesch is very knowledgeable and has extensive experience in dealing with whistleblower cases and other HR issues. My whistleblower case took a few years. He gave me excellent direction, kept me informed every step of the way, was very encouraging and never gave up. He worked very hard on my ...case. His level of knowledge and experience in handling whistleblower cases was definitely a factor in the positive outcome in my case. Both he and his staff are top-notch professionals. I would highly recommend Mr. Linesch.
