David is an excellent attorney and definitely goes to bat for his clients. He tirelessly goes after the insurance companies on behalf of his clients fighting for every penny. He is also the only attorney I know that will reduce his fee in order for the client to receive a larger settlement. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Mr Chianco has been great from the start. He’s very knowledgeable in all areas that need to be handled during the process. Mr.Chianco went above and beyond to help my case with very timely and professional bussiness practices. Never did he miss a call or have any problems keeping me informed or answering my questions. He was very thorough in his work with contacting all party's of the case and keeping everyone informed, and with Mr. Chianco's help not only were we awarded the maximum payout but he also helped me get over $250,000 in hospital bills dropped to a much better price in a very timely manner. He also went above and beyond to help me make sure all my debts and expenses were covered, even discounting his own costs and expenses. Review of Dave Chianco's performance

From the moment Dave was contacted to be my attorney (which was one week after my accident) he jumped right in meeting with me and collecting information and contacting Doctors, physical therapist's and insurance companies to get things rolling for me. Wonderful Attorney Who Cares About His clients

Mr Chianco represented my husband and me a few years ago after a car crashed into us He did a fantastic job and kept us informed every step of the way. After our matter was dealt with, Mr Chianco said we could contact him any time and he would help us in any way he could. He has been true to his word. Since then, I have contacted him on three separate occasions and he has referred me to excellent attorneys specializing in different fields. The third time I contacted him was just after my husband died. I called Mr Chianco on a Sunday and I left him a message thinking he would call me the next business day (Monday). Instead, he returned my call within 15 minutes - on a Sunday - and helped put my mind at rest regarding something I was panicking about and referred me to an attorney specializing in wills and probate. There was no charge for the help he gave me and he receives no remuneration for his referrals. He does it because he is a good, honest and moral man who truly does care about people. I am grateful to him and recommend him very highly to others.

Attorney Who Cares

I have hired this attorney on multiple occasions over the last 15 years for my unfortunate accident cases. He is thorough, persistent and a great negotiator. He also cared about the medical treatment I received and how I recovered as well as doing a great job negotiating the medical fees so my settlement was the maximum I could expect. He was persistent in getting the insurance companies to settle my claim quickly and with the best result for me that could be possible, I not only would, but have referred others to use his services. Amazing Lawyer and Person

Fantastic Attorney

David is an extremely conscientious attorney and a terrific person who always made me feel comfortable. He was on top of my case at all times and always kept me well informed. Auto Accident

Kept in touch during the whole proccess, very knowledgeable about the law. Also called me back when I would call his office if he couldn't talk with me at the time I called. Worked with me on the fee and reduce my cost to doctors and specialisits.
